The Beginning
RaagSagar was born from the vision of bridging the ancient wisdom of Indian Classical Music with the possibilities of modern technology. Our founders, renowned musicians and technologists, recognized the challenge faced by music enthusiasts worldwide in accessing authentic, high-quality classical music education.
The traditional Guru-Shishya system, while invaluable, often limited learning opportunities due to geographical and temporal constraints. We set out to create a platform that would honor this sacred tradition while making it accessible to anyone with a sincere desire to learn.
Today, RaagSagar serves thousands of learners across 45 countries, from absolute beginners taking their first steps into classical music to advanced practitioners seeking to deepen their understanding of complex ragas and compositions.
